Our lives are so busy at the moment that there seems to be no chance that we’ll ever need any kind of sleep aid but that situation is something that can change very quickly indeed.

Full lives naturally don’t always mean that you conk out in the evenings as they’re often associated with quite a lot of stress which tends to counteract any hope of getting to sleep anyway easily. That’s the problem of course: keeping your life in balance is something that’s quite difficult to do.

It might seem early to be thinking of prom dresses but the young uns are already planning something for the end of their school year.

Where it gets complicated is in including the girlfriend as with events being planned a number of months ahead that particular girlfriend may well have been replaced several times over. That doesn’t stop them optimistically planning joint events though and, of course, the current girlfriend can slot in with that so long as the planned events aren’t intimately tied up with the previous one.

Yes, I know, we haven’t gotten by Christmas yet but it’s never too early to plan for Valentine’s.

Early planning tasks include getting a full list of sizes from your significant other. Leaving that to the last minute is just asking for trouble if you’re intending to buy some lingerie. Make the purchase early too as sizes of items can easily sell out.

Non-lingerie valentines day gifts are also worth thinking about. Something that’s both sexy and personal is best but, of course, there should be flowers on the day itself too.
