After a while at the gym, you can’t help but notice the massive pile of diet supplements as you go into the gym and after a while you wonder if you shouldn’t be taking some of them.
But where on earth would you start? In addition to all the standard stuff in enormous bottles there are the smaller ones with all kinds of vitamin supplements, chromium supplements, and every possible supplement you could possibly imagine.
I suspect that the best plan is to buy the cheapest and see how it goes.

One of the problems you get when you’re starting in an exercise programme is that exercising more means you feel like eating more which, on the whole, is going to be counterproductive.
A solution to this is by way of diet energy pills which basically aim to provide you with a bit of an energy burst but without the weight gain that you’d normally associate with such a thing. As with all of these things the problem is that YMMV.

There’s one of our local politicians who’s really showing what stress related hair loss in a big way.
Frankly, I thought the whole stress related hair loss thing was an old wives tale but this guy had a full head of hair (nope, not a wig) just a matter of months ago but now looks like he’s added something like 20 or 30 years to his age with a truly massive amount of hair loss.
Definitely the “pulling out hair” look!
