How hard can it be to lose weight?

Pretty hard as it turns out, at least in the initial stages.

Both Wendy and I have been working on both our diet and exercise programme over the last few weeks yet still the weight is remaining fairly constant. We are quite serious about the programme too with quite a drastic change to my diet and are getting gradually more serious about the exercise.

Although we’re intending to ramp up the exercise aspect even more in the weeks to come it looks like we’re going to have to consider adding diet pills into the mix to have any hope of gaining the early success that is all-important in the overall strategy as an encouragement to do more.
