Looking for a job when you’re not tied to a location

Even in difficult times it’s relatively easy to look for a job when you want one in a specific place. Not easy to get one mind you but it is at least easy to look.

Where life gets more difficult is when you want a job but aren’t too bothered where it is. In theory this should make it a whole lot easier to find a job and it certainly should do. But, and it’s a big but, the majority of sites are geared up to searching for a specific location these days which is handy for most people but not everyone.

Still, these days it’s starting to become a little easier as multi-location sites are starting to be formed which gives such sites a whole lot larger Internet footprint and thereby attracts more employers and potential employees to them. So even though it’s a multi-location site you can find that each of the locations covered by it will have more jobs listed than a normal one-location site would do which is good for everyone.
