We’re aiming to lose a “bit” of weight
It used to be that to lose weight you had two basic options: eat less or better, or exercise.
Now whilst the best approach is to both eat better and exercise, many of us just can’t get going on that for any serious length of time. Eating better is easy to say but not always so easy to do: let’s face it, we like a lot of the foods that are bad for us.
